🌸 Please download our Quilted Orchid Form and print, then send your completed form, quilt top, backing and binding fabric (if binding services are needed – see Pricing).

 Medium USPS Flat Rate Boxes are large enough for most quilt tops, backing and binding fabric, and ship for the flat rate of $14.35.  Large USPS Flat Rate Box:  $19.95 (as of March 2019).  There’s no charge for shipping back to you, anywhere in the continental United States.

You will receive an invoice in the mail and can pay by credit card or PayPal (payment must be received before shipping back to you).

Quilts left with us after 100 days, will be donated to either Quilts of Valor or Kids Quilts.
